There are dermal fillers out there that are just too thick and are designed to only be used with syringe and needle. The Hyaluron Pen requires a less thick dermal filler because it has to pass with pressure quickly through a much smaller hole in the ampoule than what a needle provides. This is why thick dermal fillers won't work with this needle less method.
